Welcome to Ghostwriter AI, operated by Ghostwriter. By accessing or using our website, Chrome extension, or mobile applications, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Service

Ghostwriter AI provides tools for writing assistance, automation, and text generation using AI technology. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old to use Ghostwriter AI.
  • Not use the service to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.

2. Accounts and Access

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You can log in using:

  • Email and password, or
  • Google OAuth.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Ghostwriter AI operates on a subscription basis, billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments according to your selected plan.

You may cancel your subscription anytime through the Manage Subscription page. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer automatic refunds once a payment has been processed. If you experience technical issues, please contact support@ghost-writer.io.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, and branding related to Ghostwriter AI remain our property. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content or technology without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ghostwriter AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all outputs will be accurate, legal, or appropriate for all contexts.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service means you accept those changes.
