Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their Ghostwriter AI account and associated data at any time.
To request account deletion:
Send an email to support@ghost-writer.io
- Use the email address associated with your Ghostwriter AI account
- Include the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account and associated data from our systems within 7 days.
This includes:
- Firebase authentication account
- Stored preferences
- Subscription linkage information
If you have an active subscription, you should first cancel it via the Manage Subscription page before requesting account deletion.
